All vehicles are fitted with trackers enabling our admin team the advantage of advising your shops their estimated collection arrival time.

Our collection team will weigh your waste materials at point of collection using the onboard weighing systems fitted on our collection vehicles giving our partners a clear indication of the tonnages collected.

The collection team will always provide our charity partners with a controlled waste collection note, detailing the number of kg’s collected to ensure that all waste duty of care requirements are met.

All payments are made directly into your bank account to ensure that no cash changes hands.

Collection data is sent monthly by email from our admin department to the relevant individuals for auditing purposes.

Our charity partners are allocated an Account Manager who, along with the admin team will oversee your individual contract and ensure all your needs are meet.

RIL will guarantee all materials collected are fully recycled and will only supply your material to fully audited processing outlets holding all the necessary licensing requirements and adhere to required waste management legislation.
